Planetarium, Brussels.

To be honest we where on our way to the Atomium when man-love and I stumbled across this little gem… Now just to avoid any disappointment when you get there, this is not a let’s walk around for hours and look at all the cool exhibits and have lunch at the local cafeteria kind of joint, no this is a lets go to the 40 minute presentation in a really dark room with really comfy chairs kind of joint.

We where just in time for the Violent Universe and bought our ticket right there at the font desk.

Now the waiting area is also the area where you can touch some buttons and look at some cool pieces showcasing the Planetarium, but it is not big and only takes about 20 minutes or so to go through it all. But all that said the showing was really awesome, cool light effects and comfortable chairs so that you can look up at the make believe night sky was all part of the experience.

There is how ever no real seating or dinning are, do not expect the grandeur of the Science museum in New York, but all said and done a pleasant experience.

We paid about 8 Euros a person, parking was a nightmare, but that was contributed to the area and the Auto show that was happening at the time, the bathrooms are well kept and clean and over all I will give them a thumbs up.
